You know what we mean – in the summer when you’re wearing a bra on an especially hot day, you tend to sweat between the boobs and even underneath.

This is often caused by your wired bras, but even your bras with elastic band can irritate your skin enough to cause itchiness. It’s very annoying, and it can damage your skin, especially if you scratch it.

What you may not know though is that you can avoid this or treat this. Try these easy tips to avoid that dreaded summer boob itch, even if you absolutely must wear a bra.

Try Sports Bras

Triumph Triaction Hybrid Lite Wirefree Spacer Padded Sports Bra

A sports bra is specially designed to withstand sweat and activity, so it can be especially helpful if you’re prone to boob sweat.

You can find plenty of cute sports bras with different levels of support that can be hidden well enough under your cute summer outfits.

Try Bras With Moisture Wicking

Sometimes you don’t have a choice but to wear a bra if it’s a day full of activity or you have a larger bust.

Try a bra with lightweight materials, or a bra that has moisture wicking capabilities. Moisture wicking will honestly be your best friend this summer.

Invest In Corn Starch

This sounds funny, but it honestly helps.

If you get seriously bad itchiness that causes rashes, try patting some corn starch underneath your breasts when your skin is dry, in the morning and at night.

It will help reduce the sweat that dances around down there causing serious irritation.

Give Yourself A Break

… and don’t forget to wash your bras! via Giphy

As much as you can, don’t wear bras all the time in the summer. Take them off when you get home, or change them if it’s an especially scorching day. Don’t forget to wash your bras regularly too!
